The University of Wisconsin-Superior is proud to be a sponsor of the 2019 NorthShore Inline Marathon. With nearly 2,600 students, many of whom are physically active outdoor enthusiasts, the Inline Marathon is a favorite event for many of our students.
UW-Superior’s small, welcoming campus is nestled within the larger Twin Ports community between Superior, Wisconsin, and Duluth, Minnesota, where pristine wilderness meets the world’s largest freshwater lake.
Students thrive in a supportive and diverse community of learners, 20 percent of whom come from under-represented minority groups. The average class size is 18, which allows students and faculty to form close, supportive relationships that inspire and encourage students to reach their full potential.
With more than 50 programs to choose from, ranging from Transportation and Logistics Management, to Education, Legal Studies and Criminal Justice, Music, Natural Sciences, and much more, students receive thorough academic preparation for the career path of their choice.
One of the hallmarks for a UW-Superior education is vast opportunities for undergraduate research, community-based learning and field experience. This allows students to apply what they are learning in class and expand their skills and knowledge while building their resume and professional network.
Like the magnificent big lake we call home, there are vast, expansive opportunities at UW-Superior just waiting to be discovered.
