The Duluth Hot Air Balloon Festival returns to Bayfront Festival Park for three (3) days of free family activities. You won’t want to miss the moon glow, balloon rides, and launches. Also featuring the Craft Brew Village, Kiwanis Kite Fly, and the Color Run 5K and so much more.
